Shapla Balti Cuisine, based in Plympton, was shortlisted as one of the best in the South West at a black-tie gala dinner in London for the British Curry Awards, also referred to as the 'Curry Oscars'.
The awards are set up to honour the UK's finest curry businesses and Shapla owner Moshahid Ali said it was a "great achievement" to be shortlisted and rank as a finalist.
