PLYMOUTH was hotter than places like Spain and Cyprus yesterday, with a max temperature of 19 degrees C – and the Met Office have said the good weather is expected to continue into the weekend.

The high teen temperatures made it warmer than Ibiza and Cypriot capital Nicosia, with the holiday locations only hitting 15C yesterday.
