“The squad is getting to where we want to be,” Henderson added. “The problem is that some of them are too inconsistent; players have come off the bench and done well and then when you start them in games, we haven’t always had it.
“For me, it is looking for that consistency and I think we do have some players that are better suited to some games than others depending on the opposition and the pitch.
