TABLETOPPING Plymouth Argyle will not under-estimate 18th-placed Morecambe when the two sides meet at the Mazuma Stadium tomorrow, manager Ryan Lowe has declared.

Pilgrims will not take struggling Shrimps lightly

The Pilgrims have won their last League One games, while Stephen Robinson’s Shrimps have lost three in a row - all of them away from home. However, Morecambe have already beaten the likes of Sheffield Wednesday and Lincoln City at the Mazuma Stadium this season, without conceding a goal in either game, and they boast the division’s joint top scorer in 10-goal Cole Stockton.

Robinson took over at Morecambe in the summer after former Pilgrims’ boss Derek Adams led them to victory in the League Two Play-Off Final at the end of May, only to then take over at Bradford City.

Lowe said: “I think the manager will be disappointed with the last three results. They are scoring goals, they are conceding goals.
