Mass vaccination centre gave 3,108 jabs

STAFF and volunteers at Home Park's vaccination centre have recorded the biggest vaccine day ever recorded on Monday.

The Home Park team recorded 3,108 jabs at the Plymouth Argyle stadium, while a further 359 were given at Mutley Baptist Church, where huge queues were seen in the area.

The previous highest number in any given day was 2,600.
