THE owners of a luxurious boutique hotel have announced their intentions to close this month, after seven years at the helm.
Glazebrook House, in South Brent, will shut its doors as a hotel and restaurant in a matter of days – although the plan is to keep it running as an events venue.
Pieter and Fran Hamman (pictured right) took on the property after moving to the UK back in 2014. After surviving the Covid-19 pandemic and “much deep reflection”, the pair stated that the tough decision to close its doors on January 1 was made. However the house will be made available for use on a limited, exclusive use only, basis.
