Lane closed as people ‘walking into traffic'

Plymouth City Council has taken the decision to close a lane of traffic from Tuesday on the approach from Forder Valley Road to Leigham Roundabout as a result of the small minority of people who have been choosing to put themselves and others in danger.

The footway between Wilburt Road and Longbridge Road and the nearby subway have been closed since June while works to extend the subway and widen the Forder Valley Link Road are carried out.
