A MAIN road in Cornwall that was closed for a couple of months last year is set to be shut again because of a dangerous wall.
The A387 Sandplace Road, in Looe, was first closed by Cornwall Council last July after an inspection of a wall alongside the road showed it was in danger of collapsing.
The wall is on the same road where Susan Norman died in a house collapse in 2013. The 68-year-old was found after rubble and mud engulfed her Veronica Flats home.
An inquest jury in 2016 concluded Cornwall Council had not listened to "consistent and frustrated complaints" from residents about previous landslips and that it should have known she faced "a real and immediate risk of death".
