Families of some of those killed by the Keyham gunman have said they are 'greatly concerned' about how he came into possession of a gun.
They raised the concerns in the wake of news that a member of Devon and Cornwall Police's Firearms Licensing Department involved in the granting of a shotgun certificate to the Keyham gunman in 2017 had been served a gross misconduct notice by the Independent Office of Police Conduct.
The IOPC announced that its investigation into how Jake Davison was granted a shotgun certificate, how it came to be removed and then returned to him, was nearing completion.
