PLANS for new state-of-the-art kennel blocks designed to improve the lives of unwanted and abandoned dogs at a Plymouth pets charity have been unveiled.
Gables Dogs and Cats Home has plans which will see the demolition of dilapidated parasol kennels at its Merafield Road base.
Gables' vision would see new kennel blocks built but, for the "incredible improvement” for the pooches, it will cost the charity £651,000 in total for the modern and spacious kennels.
