TRIBUTES have been paid by the family of a man who tragically died following a collision on Penrose Street in Plymouth.
Steven Yabsley, a local man in his 60's, suffered very serious injuries in an incident on December 6 and died at the scene.
At the time of the incident police closed Penrose Street in Stonehouse.
Steven's family have now made an emotional tribute to their loved one who will “forever be in our thoughts and hearts".
His family said: “With a very, very heavy heart we are sad to announce the passing of Steve Yabsley.
