PLYMOUTH independent estate agency Alan Cummings & Co has been acquired by the city’s Julian Marks Estate Agents
The buyout establishes a central city base for the top performing sales agents in Plymstock and Plympton.
With more than 16 staff and two offices, Julian Marks will retain the nine-strong team at Alan Cummings & Co as part of the deal.
Established in 1994, Alan Cummings & Co has traded for 27 years from its prominent position at Henders Corner, in Mannamead, and was the top selling agent in Hartley and Mannamead (PL3) in 2021.
