A PLYMOUTH woman who once described herself as a couch potato says she feels like a new person, after losing weight.
Rachel Webber had been struggling with her weight for years, and the lockdown in January last year was the final straw.
After putting on weight in the first two lockdowns, Rachel, from Plymouth, feared she may be rendered housebound indefinitely if she did not make big changes.
She contacted her local Slimming World consultant, Emma Hawkins, who runs a group in Ford, and began changing her eating and exercise habits.
