A CROOKED carer who stole more than £4,000 from two severely disabled clients was abused with chants at a football match, a court heard.
James Blackmore, 27, was picked out after his betrayal of the men and their families was exposed by the Herald’s sister website, PlymouthLive.
Blackmore used the bank cards and PINs he was given to make purchases for the two men. But he raided their accounts to pay off drug debts until families and his bosses realised he had been withdrawing their money.
Blackmore sobbed in the dock through parts of his hearing, where he was handed a suspended jail sentence.
