CHRISTMAS MAGIC AT KEW GARDENS Channel 5, 9pm

And... Kew lights

STAFF at Kew Gardens have been planning Christmas since January. With 320 acres of London to turn into one of Britain's best-loved festive destinations, it's no surprise that it takes a while.

More than 100 people are tasked with laying cables, erecting scaffolding and programming computer-controlled projectors.

Along 2.5km of pathways, there will be 14 Christmassy installations and three light shows.
