GURUGRAM, FARIDABAD REGISTER 50% OF HARYANA'S COVID CASES

Haryana's NCR cities adjoining Delhi are witnessing a surge in Covid cases, with a sizable chunk of fresh cases originating in Delhi.

Covid-19 continues to affect the districts located in National Capital Region (NCR) and adjoining to other states and union territories- Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh. Gurugramand Faridabad, adjacent to Delhi are on the top of the list constituting more than 50 percent of the total cases reported so far in Haryana. Ambala and Panchkula do exist among the most affected districts which have increased the troubles of the state government and both constitute nearly 8 to 10 percent of the total cases in Haryana.
