A Truly awful way to run a business

PEOPLE are still waiting for refunds promised for package holidays canceled because of Covid.

Last year I discovered that customers were not receiving the refunds they were owed within 14 days as required by law.

I reported several firms to the Compet it ion and Markets Authority, who concluded that I was right.

The CMA investigated Teletext Holidays and its sister operator Alpharooms.com in February.

And on April 30, the watchdog informed Truly Holdings Ltd, the company that operates both companies, that it was preparing to launch court action against it to recover more than £7million in outstanding refunds owed to its customers.
