NEW DELHI: Ignorance is not always bliss, particularly in taking preventive measures to get protected from getting infected to COVID-19 as India has yet again reported 81,466 fresh cases — the biggest jump in daily new infections the country has reported in the last six months. As per Health Ministry’s report, on Friday, Maharashtra reported the highest daily new cases at 47,827, followed by Chhattisgarh with 4,617 new infections and Karnataka with 4,234 new cases.
