The High Sheriff of Greater Manchester, Diane Hawkins, has launched the second annual Greater Manchester Young Citizen of The Year Award and is looking to celebrate kindness, thoughtfulness, bravery or actions that have made a difference to our communities.
Young Citizen 2020 was launched by last year’s High Sheriff, Eamonn O’Neal, to give a platform to young people showing courage and kindness in a, particularly turbulent year.
