Sanderson wants to see a real Bear fight from Sharks

England and Lions ace Tom Curry return to the Sharks side in place of his brother Ben at Ashton Gate as Sale look to build on last week’s Gallagher Premiership bonus point win over Wasps.

But director of rugby Sanderson knows it will be a physical clash against a Bears side struggling second from bottom.

“They have changed some of their playing styles in recent weeks in terms of their game management,” said Sanderson, whose side are still without England scrum-half Raffi Quirke who is recovering from a quad injury.

“They’re kicking more, higher up the field and that’s made them more competitive against really physical teams with good set-pieces.
