SITTING in front of her GP for a routine check-up, Sarah O’Rourke suddenly told him she had to go home.

She informed her doctor that she needed to unplug all the wires in her house, as she strongly believed someone was taking pictures of her.

In the weeks and months leading up to that appointment, Sarah, then aged 36, had been having increasingly delusional thoughts.

The mum-of-two from Wythenshawe was convinced that she was going to be a victim of revenge porn and was under the belief someone had set up cameras in her house.
