ONE of the questions I get asked the most is about the diet of a rugby player.

What do we eat - and how much of it? As I'm sure you can imagine, we get through a lot of food at the club (shoutout to our fantastic chefs Grace and Steve). But there's a bit more to it than just eating as much as possible. That's where the role of our nutritionist Andreas comes in.

The way that I look at food and nutrition has changed massively since I made my debut six years ago as well as my goals from a nutrition perspective. I've learned what I need, and just as importantly, when I need it, in order to perform at my best.
