THE Pune Police have submitted draft charge against the nine arrested accused activists and 10 other overground and underground operatives of the banned outfit CPI Maoist in the Elgaar Parishad case.
In the draft, the police have proposed charging them with conspiracy to assassinate Prime Minister Narendra Modi, waging war against the nation and state of Maharashtra and acts of terrorism.
