A MAN yesterday appeared in court charged with the assault and robbery of tragic Alan Bourke.
At a special midday sitting of Ennis District Court, Michael Casey was accused of assault causing harm to the 48-year-old, at Parnell Street, Limerick, on April 15.
It's further alleged the accused, whose address was given as Cathedral Place in the city, robbed a €150 bicycle and alcohol valued at €10 at the same time and place.
