KATHRYN Thomas has heaped praise on hospital staff for their care after her newborn took sick this week.
The RTE presenter, 42, welcomed her second daughter, Grace, with her husband Padraig McLoughlin last month.
Kathryn opened up about a difficult week of worry as Grace fell ill and ended up in Crumlin Children’s Hospital for three days.
The Operation Transformation host said: “Her breathing got very labored on Wednesday so I brought her straight to A&E.
“She has diagnosed with bronchiolitis but thanks to the incredible nurses and doctor she’s home now and doing great.”
