Lottie opens up about loss of beloved dad 11 years after RTE legend’s death

LOTTIE Ryan paid tribute yesterday to her late great dad Gerry on the 11th anniversary of his death and said time is the greatest healer.

In an emotional tribute the mum-to-be opened up on the Jennifer Zamparelli Show on 2FM.

The legendary RTE star and dad of four suffered a heart attack on April 30, 2010 and died suddenly.

Lottie said: “It’s 11 years today, which is wild to me.

“Because in so many ways it feels like yesterday and then in so many ways it does feel like a lifetime ago because I feel like I haven’t seen him in so long.”
