ADAM IDAH is pulling his hair out over his lack of senior goals for Ireland – but Stephen Kenny feels good things will come to those who wait.

The Ireland boss has also suggested that fellow forward Aaron Connolly could benefit from playing more regularly away from Brighton.

Norwich City striker Idah was a prolific scorer for the Boys in Green at underage level, smashing 34 goals in his 61 underage appearances from Under-15s to Under-21s.

The 20-year-old has yet to score in his 10 caps to date, although isn’t alone in that regard as Connolly has also drawn a blank after eight games.

But Idah – who has five Premier League appearances this season – was a real handful against Portugal, Azerbaijan and Serbia last month.
