Jacqueline Fernandez questioned by ED in money-laundering case

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a probe into a 200 crore money-laundering case involving alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekar and his actor-wife Leena Mauria Paul.

As per sources, "She was confronted with conman Chandrashekar and his wife Paul who are on remand of ED till October 24. Chandrashekar informed ED officials in front of Fernandez that he has given a gift worth crores to the actor". The 36-year-old was also confronted with Paul who is also on ED remand till October 24.

Fernandez joined the investigation on Wednesday after skipping four summons on September 25, October 15, 16, and 18.
