THE PAST TWO years have shown us that remote and hybrid work are here to stay. Many changes are required for them, from the products and services offered to businesses to where and how employees work. Given the technology-enabled nature of modern business, there has been a rapid shift in the IT operations landscape. As workforces migrated to remote work, IT personnel teams were required to make a series of adjustments to keep their enterprises running smoothly.

According to a global IT service management survey, three-fifths of an organisation's workforce are working remotely at any point in time, requiring continued IT support. This makes it clear that IT teams'priorities are changing in this new era. We cover four of those priorities and why IT teams must focus on them.
