The announcement came as the hub reported the sixth consecutive month of passenger growth in October, with more than 100,000 travellers a day.
That is up 144% on the same time last year but still 56% down on pre-Covid.
The response to the end of the ban on US travel has turbo-charged confidence for a full return in the sector.
