A FUNDRAISER who walks around Britain in swimming trunks for good causes was kicked out of a pub for breaking the dress code.
Everton fan Mick Cullen, 55, known as Speedo Mick, was told that he was dressed inappropriately.
The move prompted outrage on Facebook after the eviction was broadcast live.
