A TREE surgeon had taken cannabis and cocaine before felling a 100ft horse chestnut which killed him, an inquest heard.
Kieran Parkinson, 26, was convinced it was going to fall the other way after pruning it in the garden of a house near Pontefract, West Yorks, said a colleague who was with him at the time.
