KYLE JOSEPH gave a gentle elbow in the ribs to both Swansea and Scotland by delivering what was close to a knockout blow for Cheltenham.
The on-loan striker scored a classy goal on his debut to send a reminder to both his parent club and his national team that they need to keep paying attention.
The 19-year-old was loaned out to the Robins on deadline day, just weeks after Swansea had paid £500,000 to sign him from Wigan.
That was a switch the teenager was happy to make, but what pleased him less was being left out of the Scotland Under-21 squad by boss Scot Gemmill after winning his first cap in June.
