YOU do not need to be a gym bunny like Carol Vorderman to keep in shape – scientists say they have discovered an injection that could replace exercise and help people stay young.
Humans give out a hormone called MOTS-c when we exercise and Dr Changhan David Lee, who led a study on mice, found his team could “rejuvenate an older mouse so it is as fit as a younger one” with an injection of it.
