Demarai Gray is ready to finally fulfill its potential after sealing a £1.5m move to Everton.
The 25-year-old was touted for greatness as a teenager but bounced from Birmingham to Leicester to Bayer Leverkusen without the success of real note.
But now he is back on home soil and determined to prove himself to boss Rafa Benitez.
Gray, who was an England U-21s regular but never made it to the seniors, said: “I want to push on, be a pivotal player in the squad, help the team score goals and assist goals.
“I feel like I’m at a period in my career now where I can put everything together and achieve the targets I have set for myself.
“Personally, I just want to help this team succeed, win games and be up there at the table, and to enjoy my football.
“I’m a speedy, tricky winger who enjoys running with the ball.
