PATSON DAKA smashed four goals to rescue Leicester’s Europa League bid – and reckons he still needs to improve.
The £23m signing from RB Salzburg in the summer singlehandedly rescued the Foxes’ fading qualification hopes with a goal bonanza.
Zambian striker Daka swooped with Brendan Rodgers’ men 2-0 down and looking like qualification was a million miles away in a must-win game in Moscow.
His four-goal haul – which he hit in just 23 minutes – somewhat bizarrely made him the club’s joint all-time top scorer in Europe all in one go, joining Jamie Vardy and Harvey Barnes.
What a week it’s been for Daka, who scored in the 4-2 victory against Manchester United, although he reckons he’s nowhere near the finished article.
Daka said: “It’s been an amazing few days both for me and the team.
