Former Hearts FC owner Vladimir Romanov has come out of hiding and revealed he has spent the last of his fortune on restoring and living in a nuclear submarine in a freezing Russian village.
Romanov, 73, ran the Edinburgh club from 2005 until 2013 when it was plunged into administration.
