A NURSERY has been fined £800,000 after a baby died from choking on a 3cm piece of mango while unsupervised.
Fox Goulding had been eating fruit at the Bright Horizons Corstorphine Nursery in Edinburgh.
The city's sheriff court heard yesterday how a nursery nurse sitting next to the 10-month-old during the snack time had left the room to go to the toilet.
When she returned, she thought he was sleeping.
