I can't wait to have a bang at Frampton

DARREN TRAYNOR has vowed to produce fireworks after landing the chance to take down ring legend Carl Frampton.

The Aberdonian will face the former two-weight world champ in Stratford tonight after being drafted in as a late replacement with original opponent Vahram Vardanyan tied up in red tape.

Traynor is happy to step in at short notice and is determined to make the most of his unexpected shot at glory.

Frampton is planning to use the bout as a tune-up ahead of his bid to become Northern Ireland’s first three-weight world champ. But the 33-year-old Scot has other ideas.
