A DAD who tipped the scales at over 23 stones has managed to reverse his Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure by losing a whopping 8 stones.
John Dick, from Falkirk, was forced to take medication after being diagnosed with the life-changing condition in 2017 alongside a host of other weight-related health issues.
But in January 2019, the now 51-year-old made the decision to ditch his fast food diet in a bid to lose weight for good as he approached a milestone birthday.

He joined a Slimming World group in Falkirk after a leaflet dropped through his door – and hasn’t looked back since.
