UNDER-FIRE Roy Hodgson launched a scathing attack on the attitude of his players after another shocking performance.
Hodgson left raging after Palace wilt

Hodgson was seething after Palace made Burnley look like world-beaters.

When Patrick Van Aanholt and Scott Dann comically got in each other’s way trying to clear Erik Pieters’ cross after just five minutes, Johann Gudmundsson had acres of space to score.

Five minutes later Dwight McNeil’s corner came in and no Palace defenders were in sight as Jay Rodriguez nodded in.

Three minutes after halftime Rodriguez chipped the ball across to Matt Lowton, who volleyed home superbly.

Palace boss Hodgson said: “I’d love to see our players show the same sort of aggression and determination as Burnley, putting bodies on the line as they did to block the few efforts we had.

“We don’t have that type of player.
