Dundee medic Kiyo Adya, 33, is facing allegations she filled out false applications for money before her boyfriend was jailed for two years for recording 26 fake babies’ births in a £35,000 benefit scam.
She had all criminal charges dropped against her when property developer partner Rory McWhirter, 33, pleaded guilty at Dundee Sheriff Court in 2017.
