A POLICEMAN has relived the moment he and his dog were run down as they tried to halt car thieves.
The officer and his fourlegged partner Rudi had left their vehicle to chase three suspects who had ditched a car near London Road in the east end of Glasgow.
But a second stolen vehicle was waiting to pick up the fugitives and its driver mowed the police pair down.
