WE COULD face the chilliest night of the current cold snap today, weather watchers warned.

Temperatures could drop to as low as -10C (14F).

The Met Office issued a yellow ice warning for eastern parts of Scotland and warned people to expect icy patches on roads and pavements, meaning accidents and slips and falls are likely.
