WEST BROM.......1
LIVERPOOL........2
ALISSON BECKER scored an incredible last-gasp winner to save Liverpool’s season – and dedicated the goal to his late father.
The Brazilian became the first-ever Anfield keeper to net and his 95thminute header at the Hawthorns will go down in history after it provided one of the moments of the season.
The Liverpool hero lost father Jose in February after he tragically drowned but the highly-emotional 28-year-old said he would be looking down from heaven.
Alisson said: “I hope he was here to see it but I’m sure that he has seen it with God on his side and celebrating. It’s for my family, for the boys.
“Just scoring this goal, I am really happy to help them as they fight a lot. We fight a lot together and we have a strong goal to achieve the Champions League because we won it once and everything starts with qualification.
“I’m too emotional because of this last month and everything that happened with me and my family.
