ED Miliband last night launched a furious attack on Insulate Britain protesters blocking roads.
The Shadow Business Secretary branded the climate group's tactics "counterproductive” and warned they risked “alienating” the public.
It came after protesters clashed with drivers near the M25 yesterday during their 13th blockade, with some gluing themselves to the tarmac.
Speaking at a Green Alliance think tank event, the former Labour leader told the Mirror: “Part of the task of peaceful protest is to win people to your cause, not alienate them.”
