HOLLYWOOD legend Gina Lollobrigida has hired a mafia-busting lawyer to fight her estranged son for control of her £35million fortune.
The 94-year-old is locked in a longrunning legal battle with Milko Skofic.
He has accused her assistant Andrea Piazzolla, 34, of defrauding the Italian actress.
Last month Skofic, 64, got a court to block his mother's assets to stop her giving any more away as gifts. It means she can only use her money for day-to-day expenses.
