NOVAK Djokovic faces being kicked out of Australia for three years after his visa was cancelled for a second time.
Immigration Minister Alex Hawke used special powers to revoke the tennis star's permit yesterday.
Djokovic's lawyers then launched another legal appeal.
They argued the world Nol player, who faced being thrown back in detention over the weekend, had the visa cancelled because his presence in Oz risks generating support there for not having Co vaccines.
The Federal Court of Australia is expected to decide tomorrow whether Djokovic can play in the Australian Open on Monday or if he should be booted out of the country.
