
A MOANING Tory minister trousering nearly £116,000 a year yesterday claimed the “tricky” cost of living crisis is hitting him “very significantly”.
Speaking on the day all MPs received a £2,212 pay rise, Policing Minister Kit Malthouse bleated about the cost of heating his home.
As a Minister of State he gets £31,680 on top of his MP’s pay, which leapt from £81,932 to £84,144.
