A. When it’s for Covid-19 and it’s being rolled out here in the UK. Then it’s not a virtually slam-dunk protection against the virus – which running research currently proves it most certainly is – but something we all have to somehow pretend isn’t really all that effective.
The overwhelming evidence of vaccine efficiency is being studiously downplayed or even ignored by officialdom. It’s a mystery to me how the scientists advising the Government are getting away with such brazen denial of reality.
Both the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines work beautifully (despite a vanishingly tiny risk of blood clots with AstraZeneca – statistically you’re in greater danger of dying from choking on your breakfast); better than we dared hope for.
